Cancellation Policy

At The Restoration Blueprint, our coaching services are faith-based, transformational, and deeply intentional. Each session is prayerfully prepared with the goal of supporting you in healing, growing, and walking boldly in God's purpose for your life. Because of the time, prayer, and resources committed to each client, the following refund policy applies: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy To secure your coaching session or program enrollment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your spot and reflects the time and preparation dedicated to your personalized experience. (All deposits are credited toward the selected service package.) Please note: • All deposits are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel or do not attend the session. • Deposits may be transferable once to a future date if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • If you miss your session without notice, the deposit is forfeited. 2. No Refunds on Completed Coaching Sessions Coaching is an investment in your personal and spiritual growth. Therefore, all completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. By booking a session, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and depend on your willingness to show up, do the work, and follow through. 3. Cancellation Policy - You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited and not eligible for a refund or reschedule unless due to emergency. - No-shows will be considered a used session and will not be refunded. 4. Refunds on Coaching Packages For multi-session packages (e.g. 4-week, 8-week coaching plans), a pro-rated refund may be issued only if requested within the first 7 days of purchase and no more than one session has been completed. After this grace period or after more than one session has been used, no refunds will be granted. 5. Exceptional Circumstances We understand life happens. If you experience an emergency, please reach out directly. We aim to honor grace and good stewardship and will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Have Questions?
